The Movie Game - 1 Day Rapid POC
I designed a proof-of-concept for The Movie Game, a digital spin on a party game I’ve played for years where players trade actor and movie names back and forth. The POC explored how to capture the fast, competitive energy of the game while showing how AI can accelerate design from idea to polished product.

Challenge
The main challenge was translating a verbal, social game into a smooth digital flow that felt fun instead of clunky. On top of that, I wanted to test how AI could meaningfully speed up early design work without losing creativity, balancing efficiency with quality while keeping the rules and gameplay intuitive.
Process & Solution
The Movie Game proof of concept came together in under a day through a fast, AI-assisted design sprint. I began by defining core interactions and edge cases, then used GenAI tools to speed up ideation, and wireframing.
Within eight hours, I mapped the full user flow and refined high-fidelity screens that captured the game’s energy and competitiveness through a countdown timer and challenge system. The design balanced simplicity with fun, creating a playful and intuitive interface ready for further iteration.
Impact
The POC demonstrated how quickly a loose, verbal game could be transformed into a clear, testable product concept. While it’s not a final product and still requires fine-tuning and iteration, it effectively showcases how AI-assisted design can accelerate exploration and allow more focus on visual polish and user experience. The result was a fun, functional, and portfolio-ready prototype created in just one workday.
